About
Southwest Airlines is one of the most loved and flown airlines in the United States. They’re famous for their customer service and their fun-loving brand. Southwest created a new mobile app and they needed a web app to recruit beta testers.
Role
I did the content design and wrote all of the copy for this web app. I also provided creative direction on the layout and visual design.
Notes
I believe that form fields aren’t just information inputs, they’re an opportunity to be inclusive with accessibility standards. By considering contrasting colors and very clear error messages, I am able to reach a broader audience simply by designing for accessibility.
